Class Policies

	Parking
For drop off and pick up of students please park across the street from the studio or in one of the two parking spots outside our door. The other spaces belong the other business. Please help us be good neighbors and don't park in their space even if you're just making a quick stop to pick up or drop off your child.
	Payment
Your monthly tuition is due by the first class of each month. A late fee of $20.00 will be assessed for payments received one week late. Please make your check out to NGK and give it to whomever is at the desk, if no one is there we have a drop box located on the office door.
	Missed Classes & Lessons
Due to the tight schedule at NGK we do not offer any refunds or make-ups for missed classes. If you must miss a private lesson, we require 24 hour notice to try to reschedule that lesson. If we are unable to reschedule, you are still responsible for payment of that lesson. Our teachers depend on your attendance for their income and are paid whether you show up or not. As a courtesy to your teacher please always call if you are unable to make your lesson. If we have to cancel a lesson for any reason, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.
